Career

Following my degree I taught at Baston School, Farringtons School and Immanuel College where I undertook the roles of either Head of Girls’ PE or Head of Department.

Before joining Mount House I was Head of Year 11 Girls Boarding, Second in PE and the Duke of Edinburgh Co-Ordinator at Hockerill Anglo-European College in Bishop’s Stortford.

Main Responsibilities

  • To oversee the pastoral well-being of students in the Lower School.
  • To be a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.
  • To plan and deliver a broad and varied PE and Games curriculum across the school in order to stretch and challenge our students.
  • To manage a Co-Curricular Programme that provides a variety of opportunities for all students across the school, allowing them to develop new and existing skills.

Personal Interests

I enjoy travelling and experiencing different cultures of the world.

I have a passion for swimming and skiing and have in the past (and recent years) shared my love by leading water sports and ski trips.

I enjoy volunteering as a gymnastics coach at the weekends, leading toddler and parent sessions.
