Miss Asha Sidu

Following my degree, I went into research at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical medicine after which I explored the field of bioethics. I then decided to become a teacher.

Before joining Mount House I was an Assistant Head teacher overseeing pupil progress (including progress of the most able) and appraisal at St Ignatius College, a Jesuit School in North London.

Main Responsibilities

  • To plan and deliver a rich, ambitious and well-sequenced curriculum across the key stages.
  • To ensure that all pupils make good progress.

Personal Interests

I love dogs and have worked with rescue dogs for the last twenty years. This goes hand in hand with my love of walking.
