Following my degree, I taught in Western Australia, both in remote and urban schools. I taught Humanities subjects such as geography, politics and economics, but have also taught agriculture, food science and led a variety of staff and student sustainability initiatives.
Before joining Mount House, I worked for a youth travel company, leading large groups through the historical and cultural sites of Europe.
- To plan and deliver a broad and varied geography curriculum across the school in order to stretch and challenge our students.
- To lead House events, encouraging staff and students to foster a supportive spirit in both academic and school community endeavours.
- To oversee the pastoral well-being of students in the Middle School.
- To be a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.
I enjoy travelling and experiencing different cities around the world, with an aim to travel somewhere new each school holiday.
I listen to a wide variety of music and enjoy films and live performances, especially in the West End.
I enjoy coaching and playing netball and learning to cook new cuisines.
